Just to let you know this has legit been me the entire writing of this post, not because I don’t have a lot to say but because I haven’t written a book review since school, but if you are reading this I have finally figured it out.
Anyone who knows me knows that I very rarely finish a book ever like if it isn’t a blog post, I am not making it to the end. I want to share with you guys a book that has broken my habit and a book that I think everyone needs to have a read of, at least once.
GET YOUR SHI*T TOGETHER – SARAH KNIGHT
I’m pretty sure you may have already heard of it, but just in case you haven’t, I am going to try and break it down for you a little bit more (As if the title doesn’t already give it all away) I want to say it’s a self-help book, but that just kind of sounds depressing and this is so far from that, what it does is give you the steps to essentially get your life together.
I’m not going to ruin the book, because I trust that you will trust me and buy the book to read, but what I will do is provide you with the overall tone of the book. When you are reading the book you kind of feel that you are in discussion with your friend, one of those friends that just don’t take any shi*t, the ones who say “yeah I know you got ALOT happening but you need to get your life together hun, work it out” kind of like my friend who told me that standards were too high, yes girl, I am still affected by that, and I hope you are reading this…
No, but seriously it is a very no-nonsense book, that really helps to pull you out of self-pity and get your whole life organised… soo, if you are struggling with getting organised and don’t really know where to start this book is definitely for you, it covers finances well (All of you spendaholics)
I hope you guys enjoyed this one, kind of a book review but not really maybe just a suggestion?
Hugs and good vibes
