Happy new year
So it is officially 2019 and everyone’s in the mood for a fresh start, the new year is all about setting good intentions and resolutions that should enhance your life in the year to come…
So let’s step away from the cliche Goals likes go to the gym, Pay off loans and look at some goals/tasks that you can put in place that will really aid you in raising your vibrations and really help with your manifestations. Because I don’t know about you guys but I have decided that 2019 is going to be the year of Manifesting everything you could ever wish for. So let jump into this.
- Set aside an hour a day for meditation. Let’s be honest this world can be crazy and extremely distraction, With that being said it is very easy to lose sight of our end goal and get caught up in all of the crazy. Meditation is a great way to clear your mind and gain some perspective.
- Keep a Gratitude Journal – it’s easy to forget your blessings when everything seems to be crumbling, keeping a gratitude journal can really keep you on track with your blessings.
- Do something you love every day even if it is only for 5 minutes, you need to keep your vibration high I feel like I say this all the time, but it’s true… if you want to manifest your dream reality or to become a more awakened you, you need to be in the best spirits possible so to speak, If you spend all day every day doing something you hate, How happy will you really be?
- Give yourself some kind words, we are so hard on ourselves, I challenge you all in the year of 2019 to be nicer to yourself, every single morning say one thing you like about yourself before you go the bed again, say something that you like about yourself. You deserve to love yourself.
So there it is, I won’t bombard you will 101 things because it doesn’t have to be that, you don’t have to set yourself 1 million impossible goals just to move forward sometimes it’s the most simple of resolutions that help you make the most progress.
I just want to say! Happy new year Hun’s, I hope this one is amazing for you all… until next time…
